In stock form, DMEs can only be updated (flashed) with BMW factory-designed firmware. By leveraging proprietary Mission M-Link technology, the requirement mentioned above is eliminated. And allows users to unlock their DME and flash at home with any tuning platform.

The M-Link software features an array of automatic safety features, ensuring a safe and easy unlock to be performed. Once M-Link is connected to the DME, it becomes “mated” to it, and subsequent unlocks are unlimited and can be performed at any given time, and as many times are wanted.

Overview

  • Our unlock software code is not detectable by the dealer or any diagnostic equipment

  • Does not block or interfere with OTA or Dealer-level updates.

  • Performs an internal cached backup of the original memory segment each time the function is run to minimize any chances of Bricked DMEs
