Diagnostics can be accessed by going navigating to the "Diag" tab. This page gives use ability allows users to reset adaptations and access DTCs (trouble codes).

Trouble Codes

...

  • Pressing the "Read" button will read the current stored trouble codes from the engine control module.

  • If any codes are present, they will be displayed below.

  • User Users can expand each code to read the description or effected affected component.

  • Clicking the red "X on " in the top right will attempt to erase all codes. After the erase step, M-Flasher will try to read the codes again to check which (, if any) , codes were not able to be erased.

At this moment, “Severity” is stically statically set to “Ignore” and doesn does not display the actual severity of the specific error. Will get This feature will be updated in a future release.

Adaptation Clear

  • Adaptations play a vital role in the performance of modern day DMEs and should only be cleared After after a major repair or component change. Adaptation reset should NEVER be used to attempt to fix a fault, only as a fainal final step After after the fault is fixed.

  • User has ability to perform Users can perform a full adaptation clear of ALL adaptations adaptation variables , or just select a specific one.

  • Pressing "Erase All" will erase every single adaptation varaible variable of the DME.

  • Pressing "Selective, " will bring up a menu for the user to select which specific adaptation parameter they want to reset.

  • After adaptation reset, unplug the OBD conenctorconnector, lock the vehicle, and let it sleep for 10 minutes.
