Diagnostics can be accessed by going to the Diag tab. This page gives use ability to reset adaptations and access DTCs (trouble codes).
Trouble Codes
Pressing Read button will read current stored trouble codes from the engine control module.
If any codes are present, they will be displayed below.
User can expand each code to read the description or effected component.
Clicking red X on top right will attempt to erase all codes. After erase step, M-Flasher will try to read codes again to check which (if any) codes were not able to be erased.

Adaptation Clear
Adaptations play a vital role in the performance of modern day DMEs and should only be cleared After a major repair or component change. Adaptation reset should NEVER be used to attempt to fix a fault, only as a fainal step After the fault is fixed.
User has ability to perform adaptation clear of ALL adaptations variables, or just a specific one.
Pressing Erase All will erase every single adaptation varaible of the DME.
Pressing Selective, will bring up a menu for user to select which specific adaptation parameter they want to reset.
After adaptation reset, unplug the OBD conenctor, lock the vehicle and let it sleep for 10 minutes.
