Accessed via this tab, the user has the ability to perform a full DME backup(Backup ), as well as Flashback (Flashback ) or Recovery(Recovery), depending on what license was purchased.
For the Flashback or Recovery, the user can “Restore From a File” or “Restore Internal”.
The “Restore From File” button requests a user to provide a file that will be used to restore from. The input file is checked for accuracy and consistency, to avoid any chance of writing wrong data to DME. After a successful check, a restore process is started automatically.
The “Restore Internal” button starts the restore process using an internally saved image that was saved at the time of the FIRST original backup performed.
